- Showers & Tubs: Scrub, rinse, and dry bath/shower stalls. Remove soap scum and surface grime from tile grout.
Toilets: Clean and disinfect inside and out, including the base and behind.
Vanity: Clean sinks, sanitize countertops, and wipe down cabinet exteriors.
Glass: Polish mirrors and glass shower doors (streak-free finish).
Fixtures: Shine faucets, showerheads, and towel bars.
Floors: Vacuum and mop; hand-wipe baseboards near the toilet.
Trash: Empty bins and replace liners (if provided).
Appliances (Exterior): Wipe down the front of the fridge, oven, and dishwasher.
Microwave: Clean and sanitize inside and out.
Countertops: Sanitize surfaces and backsplash (items on counters will be lifted, cleaned under, and replaced).
Small Appliances: Wipe down toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc..
Sink: Scrub and disinfect sink; polish faucet.
Cabinets: Wipe down exterior doors and handles to remove fingerprints/grease.
⚠️ Note: Interior of cabinets/pantry is an ADD-ON service.
Floors: Vacuum and mop.
Table: Dust and wipe down kitchen table and chairs.
Dusting: Dust all horizontal surfaces, TV stands, lamps, and ceiling fans (reachable with a 2-step ladder).
Upholstery: Vacuum sofa surfaces and fluff/arrange cushions.
Electronics: Dry dust TV screens and stereo equipment (we do not use liquid on screens to prevent damage).
Baseboards & Cobwebs: Dust baseboards and remove cobwebs from corners.
Floors: Vacuum rugs/carpets; sweep and mop hard floors.
Glass: Clean interior side of sliding glass doors (if applicable).
Furniture: Dust nightstands, dressers, and shelves (items will not be moved if heavy or fragile).
Beds: Make beds. If fresh linens are left out, we will change the sheets.
Floors: Vacuum under the bed (only if accessible/visible) and mop hard floors.
Mirrors: Polish entry/closet mirrors.
Machines: Wipe down the exterior of washer and dryer.
General: Empty trash, dust shelving, vacuum/mop floors.
🏠 Home Size & Pricing Cap Our flat-rate pricing assumes standard room sizes and a total living area of up to 2,500 sq. ft.
Oversized Home (>2,500 sq ft): +$50 per 500 sq ft additional.Heavy Duty / Deep Scrub: +$60 per hour (billed in 30-min increments).Pet Hair Removal (Extreme): +$40 flat fee.Trash Removal: We do not offer bulk trash removal; only standard bin emptying.Verification: We reserve the right to verify square footage online (e.g., Zillow/County Records). If the home is significantly larger than booked, the price will be adjusted upon arrival before work begins.
🚫 What’s Not Included (Safety First): To protect our staff and your property, we do not perform: Heavy Lifting: Moving furniture or appliances over 25 lbs - Heights: Cleaning areas unreachable by a 2-step ladder. -Hazards: Cleaning of mold, blood, feces, infestations, or hoarding situations. - Specialty: Carpet shampooing, deep stain removal, or exterior window washing.
🧹 2. Condition of Home ⚠️ Condition of Home & Heavy Duty Fees To ensure fairness to our staff and clients, our Deep Clean pricing is based on a home in "Average Living Condition" (maintained within the last 3-6 months).
Standard Deep Clean Includes:
Dust accumulation, moderate kitchen grease, soap scum, and everyday traffic dirt.
Excessive Condition (Heavy Duty Fee): If the home requires extra time due to neglect, we apply a "Heavy Duty Surcharge" starting at $60/hour for the extra labor required. This applies to:
Excessive Pet Hair: Requiring multiple vacuum passes.
Post-Construction Dust: Fine drywall dust requires specialized equipment and is NOT a standard deep clean (Please book "Post-Construction" service).
Severe Grease/Grim: buildup on cabinets or appliances requiring heavy scrubbing.
Hoarding/Clutter: Surfaces covered in clutter preventing cleaning access.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
: Not at all! In fact, most of our clients in Florida prefer to leave us a key, a garage code, or a lockbox code. We are fully background-checked professionals. You can relax at work or the beach while we make your home sparkle.
Are you pet-friendly?
We love pets! 🐾 We are comfortable working around friendly dogs and cats. However, for the safety of our team and your pet, we kindly ask that aggressive or anxious animals be secured in a crate or a separate room during the service.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your happiness is our priority. While we do not offer cash refunds, we stand by our work with a Re-Clean Guarantee. If you find any missed areas, please notify us within 12 hours of service, and we will return to correct them at no extra charge.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept all major credit and debit cards securely online. Payment is processed upon completion of the service. We do not accept cash payments for the service fee, but cash tips for the cleaners are always welcome and appreciated!
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything needed to get the job done, including professional-grade vacuums, mops, and cleaning solutions. If you have a specific product you’d like us to use (e.g., for wood floors or allergies), just leave it out for us!
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. White Croc Cleaning is a fully licensed and insured business in Florida. We treat your home with the utmost respect and protection.
What is your cancellation policy?
We reserve your spot exclusively for you. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee to compensate our staff for their lost time.
How many cleaners will come to my house?
For most homes and Deep Cleans, we send a team of 1 to 2 certified pros, depending on the size of the job. This ensures efficiency and high-quality detail work.
